Minor PeeWee, PeeWee, 2013-2014 (North Central Predators AAA)

The 2002 Preds finish 2013 with another good tournament weekend by advancing to the quarter finals of the Richard Bell Memorial Tournament in Oakville. We started off a little slow with 2 wins, a tie and a loss in the round robin but ended up advancing to the quarter finals by the narrowest of margins.

The 2002 Predators had another great weekend at the Shanahan. After a disappointing overtime loss at their last tournament in the semi-finals to Markham, the team was determined to come out strong this past weekend. With 40 teams entered they would need to go undefeated in order to advance to Sunday, and they did just that beating West Seneca, Sudbury, Brantford and the home town favorites Mississauga Reps

Our first tournament of the year was quite a success.  We travelled to London and came home undefeated winning our first 3 games (3-2 over Huron Perth, 5-1 over Markham Majors, 4-0 over London Knights) and tied our final game against Ajax Pickering 4-4.
