Home Opening Weekend
The MD Marine Insurance Minor Bantam's started the ETA season with two home games.
Saturday Sept 26th the Preds hit the ice vs the Ajax Pickering Raiders.
Both teams battled hard and the Preds came out with the Win. Collins got the first goal of the game with assists going to Smith and Rehling. Next two goals were in the second Robertson with an assist from Markle and Collins with an assist from Rehling. Two more goals in the third gave the Preds a final score of 5-2. Collins got a hatty with an assist from Leis. And Markle put one in at the end with an assist from Neely.
Sunday Sept 27th the Preds played the Markham Waxers.
The Preds came out strong and sealed their second win at home with a final score of 8-2.
Goals went to Collins, Davis, Quarrington, Mountain and Smith with assists from Smith, Rehling, Lemieux, Quarrington, Davis, Mountain, Collins, and Leis.
