NCP Bantam Exhibition Wrap Up
The
NCP Bantam team got their 2015/16 campaign of to a positive start this week
with two hard battled games against the Grey Bruce Highlanders. Despite a decided advantage in power play
opportunities for the opposing team the Predators managed to gut out 2 exciting
victories.
Strong goal tending, gritty D and aggressive fore checking were the recipe for success over the two game stint. Travis Sawyer led team scoring with 3 goals in the 2 games with the end results being a 4-3 win on Saturday and a 3-2 win on Thursday.
The team is very excited to be participating in the Red Wings Early Bird tournament which begins on Friday, September 11th with what will surely be an exciting game against the Toronto Marlboros.
Regular season action will begin on Sept. 17 in Rama vs. their longtime rivals the Barrie Colts. Please come and support your team!
