Team brave the cold to practice outdoors
The Crothers Twin Lakes Marina Major Atom team recently ventured outside for a team practice. On a cold night with the temperature at -14 degrees at the start of practice, the boys enjoyed a unique experience outdoors at the Port McNicoll arena. All the boys and coaches wrapped up warm and gave 100% despite the cold. Those parents in attendance shared old stories about about how hockey used to be. The evening went down so well that the team plans to have further practices at this great facility in the future, and would love to host an outdoor Classic sometime soon!
