Season Draws to an Exciting Conclusion
The GWS Logistics Minor PeeWee Predators played their final game of the season last night at the Barrie Molson Centre, falling in 2OT to Barrie in Game 6 of their best out of 5 ETA series.

The team's final series of the season was exciting, as Barrie went out to a 5 pts to 1 lead, and then saw the Predators battle back with 2 victories to tie the series at 5 pts each.  This meant a rare sixth game had to be played last night.  The game was representative of the rest of the series, as at the end of regulation it was tied at a goal a piece.  Both teams had numerous opportunities to score and win the series, but could not find the back of the net.  Unfortunately, midway through the 2nd overtime period, Barrie scored to move on to the ETA semi finals.
The boys played with a tremendous amount of heart, grit and determination throughout the series, and illustrated a "No Quit" attitude.  Although the season concluded in defeat, it was an excellent and exciting game to finish the season off.
