Minor Atom & Major Atom Coach Selection 2016-2017 Season
Submitted By waitk on Thursday, November 12, 2015
For the 2016-2017 season, the Predator's organization will be fielding teams in the Minor Atom (birth year 2007) and Major Atom (birth year 2006) years. The Association will begin its' coach selection process for both of these teams immediately.

Our Minor Atom team and Major Atom team require extra time in order for the successful coach to recruit/communicate with our area athletes eligible to play on their team for the coming season. For this reason, our coach selection process for the upcoming season will have two stages. The first stage will begin immediately with the acceptance of applications for our youngest entry teams.

The process for the selection of our 2016-2017 minor and major atom coaches is as follows:

* Applicants provide a Coaching Application and Resume. (Our Coaching Application Form can be found in our "General Documents" link which is on the right side of our website home page or click link here Preds_Coaching_App._2016-17_Minor_Major_Atom)

The deadline for receipt of applications is Friday, December 4 2015 for minor and major atom coaching applicants only.

*Successful applicants are contacted by the Coach Selection Committee Chair, Nic Ricca, to attend an interview.

* Interviews will be held in mid December, 2015.

* All Interviews and Reference Checks will be concluded by early January.

 * Coach Selection Committee recommendations will be presented to the executive in early January. Public announcement of our 2016-2017  minor and major atom coaches will be made following executive approval in early January
