Tryout Information - Permission to Skate Forms
All tryout participants MUST have signed permission to skate forms from their home centre. Please bring this with your player to tryouts. Players will not be permitted on the ice without this completed form. ***Players from Orillia Minor Hockey MUST request this on line via the Orillia Minor Hockey Webpage prior to April 8th as per direction from that hockey office.
