North Central Predators Announce Partnership with Sports Medicine
The North Central Predator organization is very pleased to announce its partnership with Sports Medicine. Sports Medicine and Mind to Muscle have been industry leaders in performance programs and injury care for over 27 years.
The Predators are committed to providing a 'best practice' athlete development program specifically for our NCP AAA players. It is our goal to be an elite and highly competitive organization. The benefits to our players include long term athletic development, enhanced performance, injury prevention and treatment in a facility that provides one stop integrated services. The new facility will open in the fall located in the West Ridge Mall beside the old Sears store.
The NCP organization will be providing the following programs for our teams:
1. In-season Strength & Conditioning
a) Sport Nutrition and Mental Performance Seminars
b) Off Ice Fitness Testing (OHL Combine Style)
c) On Ice Sport Testing (NHL/OHL on ice skating tests)
2. Rapid Access to medical care
a) Rapid access to Sport Medicine Physicians
b) Rapid appointments to Orthopaedic Surgeons
c) Priority access to physiotherapy and sport chiropractic
d) Return to Play concussion management
