Andy Baker - Another Pred's Alumni Makes the Cut!
Another graduate of the Predators program is joining the OHL.

Andy Baker will be looking to continue just where he left off as a call up last with the OHL North Bay Battalion this season. Last year Baker managed to amass 75 points (45 G, 30 A) and was the leading scorer for the Dudley Hewitt Cup NOJHL champions Powassan Voodoo’s. Andy has an incredible work ethic and a knack around the net.  An extremely skilled player that always finds a way to score big goals' which showed as he helped the Battalion when he was called upon in 10 games last season - managing to score 2 and collect 1 assist. This year Andy will be with North Bay looking to continue his growth and contribute night in and night out.

Baker from Port Carling, ON.  was part of the OMHA / OHL Cup 99 team.  A highlight was when he scored the double overtime winning goal vs Barrie to win the series.  He was selected in the 14th round draft pick by the Battalion making him one of 5 players from the '99 North Central Predators team selected in the OHL DRAFT.

Congratulation and good luck Andy.
