Birth Year 2010 - Minor Atom Team for 2019/2020 Season
Submitted By Leslie Newhall on Thursday, February 28, 2019
Please note we will be having a parent information session for the Minor Atom Team in March (date will be announced once confirmed).  In the meantime, here is some initial information.

Chris Sharland is our newest coach for the Minor Atom Team for the 2019-2020 season.  Chris has been involved with hockey for over 40 years - from playing AAA throughout his minor hockey days until he played 2 years of Junior A.  He attended the University of Windsor playing in the CIAU for 3 years, eventually winning a Queens Cup Title!

Chris played professional hockey for a season in the WPHL (Western Professional Hockey League) before he began his career in Law Enforcement.  For the past 5 years he has held different roles on the bench/coaching.

Chris will be visiting NCPs home centres in order to understand and identify players who are interested in making the commitment to AAA hockey.  If you had any questions or wished to discuss this directly with Chris prior to the information session in March and prior to tryouts in April, please do not hesitate to contact him directly at
