The NCP Association is committed to the development and advancement of its athletes. Our organization will be providing team training to increase physical literacy, movement patterns and technique in our athletes that will help build their physical foundation over time, including their aerobic base, functional strength, balance, coordination, agility and speed. These fitness fundamentals will ultimately allow players to master sport specific skills with ease, while also helping them reduce injuries, improve performance, enhance confidence, and overall enjoyment in all activity participation.

This summer, the NCP AAA organization is providing financial support for a program that offers our players, and prospect players the opportunity to train in a program that is subsidized with our development funds, in order to invest in Long Term Athletic Development for our players. Peewee (U13), Minor Bantam (U14), Bantam (U15), and Minor Midget (16) players will be able to train for $10 per session at Sports Medicine, with certified strength and conditioning coaches.Due to Covid restrictions, group sizes will be limited and each time session will be offered on a first come first serve basis. To book sessions, call or email Sports Medicine at 705-325-2200, [email protected] program will run throughout the months of July and August.TimeMondayTuesdayWednesdayThursdayFriday530pm M.
