AGM has been set for April 28, 2021

 The North Central Predators Hockey Association is pleased to advise that the upcoming AGM has been set for April 28, 2021 at 7:00 p.m.  This meeting will take place virtually with the assistance of Administrator Dan Monague of Rama First Nation. As a result of the cancellation of the 2020 AGM all executive positions are available for nomination and election during the 2021-2022 season.  

 Positions for Nomination include; 2 year nominations 
1.President (must have served on Executive within past 2 years)
2.OMHA Representative
3.Equipment Convenor
4.Secretary
5.Fundraising and Special Events Convenor 
  
 1 Year nominations
1.ETA Representative 
2.Vice President
3.Communications Website Convenor 

Executive appointed Positions; Treasurer and Risk Management.

 No election or appointment of a Board Member is effective without consent given in writing prior to the election or appointment. Nomination Forms for the Board shall be available each year from the Secretary.  A Nomination Form must be completed by all nominees and two (2) nominators who are Members in good standing of the Association.  Such completed form must be delivered to the Secretary no later than twenty one (21) days prior to the election. 


Please complete the attached Nomination Form and email to Secretary Melanie Power at [email protected] no later than April 07, 2021. Any motion to an amendment to the constitution must be made thirty (30) days prior in writing to the Secretary Melanie Power at [email protected]
