Players MUST arrive with a "Permission to Skate" (PTS) Form, The Ontario Minor Hockey Association (OMHA), requires that every player trying out for a AAA team must provide the AAA Centre with a (PTS) form from their home Zone / Centre.
**Registration/ Payment MUST be online (Non-Refundable) and will CLOSE prior to the last scheduled day for each division.
Players arriving after their 1st skate with another AAA Centre wishing to attend the NCP AAA Tryouts- MUST present a WAVIER/ form (F1), via email from the prior AAA Centre before stepping onto the rink.

Tryout Cost for players is $125 (Via Paypal).
For the first two consecutive tryout dates for their age level. Coaches may start to release players at the conclusion of the 2nd scheduled tryout for their team.All players, including goalies, must wear proper equipment as per OMHA regulations.
This includes mouth guards and throat/neck protectors/guards at each tryout. Players will not be allowed on the ice without proper equipment.
At the conclusion of the final tryout for each team, players who are selected for the team will be asked (along with their parent) to sign an OMHA "Offer of Commitment" and will be responsible for payment of the season fee. To minimize the initial financial outlay, the following instalment plan is available to all players who have signed
a letter Of intent:
(i) Last Tryout - $500.00 cheque, dated with current date, payable to your team account.This cheque will cover tournament entries and start-up team costs and is non-refundable in the event the player later resigns from the team.
(ii) Registration fees are as follows: U14, U15, U16; $3275.00U-14 - U-16: registration fees can be made in 4 installments: June. 1, July. 1, Sept. 1 and Oct. 1.
Any player whose fees are not paid by the required times will be considered in default and, at the discretion of the Board, may receive reduced ice-time or no ice time until they are paid. Each manager is responsible for submitting one team cheque for their team's registration to NCOHA with the same dates as detailed above.In the event that a team is delinquent in paying their fees, the team will have their practice time reduced accordingly until such time as they are paid. Cheques will be deposited promptly. If you can't meet a payment, contact your Manager and your cheque will be held for a maximum of 14 days before being cashed.
If a cheque is returned " NSF" a $50 surcharge will be levied to cover costs.Players that leave a team prior to October 31st will receive a pro-rated refund. There is no refund for a player who leaves on November 1st or later of any given season.In addition to registration fees, each individual team may levy a "team fee" to cover team operating expenses and tournaments. This fee is at the discretion of each individual team and may vary from team to team. If a player leaves the team for any reason, team fees will not be reimbursed to that family.
