The NCOHA is pleased to announce our tryout schedule for our U-18 club. Head coach Derek Williams is excited to see the talent that will arrive beginning on Aug. 23.
Head coach Derek Williams is super excited with the prospects of a new season. With a solid nucleus of players returning from our NCP U-16 club which had 6 players drafted to the OHL, along with several new faces showing interest, this year's U-18 club expects to make some noise in the ETA. Williams comments, "our coaching staff can't wait to get our returning athletes on the ice and also welcoming players interested in joining our program. There are spots available on our roster and we look forward to a very competitive tryout camp. Ultimately, we will be a hard working and smart group that will represent our NCOHA with class. Our players will work hard to develop their individual skills in a team oriented system to compete in the always tough ETA.....while continuing to focus on preparing our guys for junior hockey."
The following dates and times have been booked for our U-18 tryouts:
Tuesday, Aug. 23 - 6:40 pm - 8:00 pm
Wednesday, Aug. 24 - 8:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Friday, Aug. 26 - 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Saturday, Aug. 27 - 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm
** All tryouts will take place at Rotary Place Arena in Orillia.
** The registration link for tryouts will be activated in the next few days....click the "Tryout Tab" along the top header of our main website page and follow the instructions from there.
** Permission to Skate forms are required for all players trying out.
