North Central Predators Drafted to OHL
The Executive of the North Central Predators are proud to share that three members of our NCP U16 team were selected in this past weekend's Ontario Hockey League's priority draft! Congratulations goes out to goalie Gunner Wolfe, forwards Nolan Pipe and Chase MacKay on this terrific accomplishment!
Our Association would also like to congratulate Head Coach Mark McGrath and his staff on their outstanding efforts in working hard with our athletes to put them in a position to be selected. McGrath has been the head coach of this group for 4 years and has watched his players grow tremendously during this time.
When asked about his selected players, McGrath commented, "I am very proud of these three young men. They have worked extremely hard to get to this position and the draft acknowledges their efforts!" He continued, "to all my players who were not drafted. I would like to encourage them to continue to work hard at their games. There are still many great opportunities ahead to develop and to pursue their dreams. Keep loving the game! I wish all my kids the best."
Once again, congratulations to Gunner, Nolan and Chase on their draft selection and all the best to our U16 players as they move forward in their careers.
