The puck drops Thursday afternoon at 4 pm for the 33rd edition of the Big Nickel AAA Hockey Tournament.

Congratulations to our team for a big win over TPH Thunder in a rematch from last year.  This year the team came out on top winning 2-1.  A great team effort and outstanding goaltending by Noah Featherstonhaugh-Gow.  A parent from the opposing team sent this text at the conclusion of the game. "Your goalie is a stud, he absolutely stole that one"  Congratulations on a game well played by all.  Sun County Panthers in the semis 830 am on Sunday.

Team completed the round robin in second place at 2 wins, 1 loss.  They now play the TPH thunder in the quarter finals and look to revenge their loss in last years quarter finals at the Chicago Nike Tournament.  GO PREDS GO

The team played well and the game could have gone either way.  The third goal was scored with 2 seconds left to play, into an empty net.  Win in the morning and we are guaranteed a spot in the quarter finals.
