Solid win verus York Simcoe Express
On his grandfathers birthday Tucker Northcott turned away 20+ shots for the
first win and shut out of the season.
With the previous 3 games not resulting in wins, the team is learning that they need to play for three full periods. As coaching staff has said it has to be a full  game effort from everyone.
On Saturday the boys did not disappoint, with a complete game effort forchecking, backchecking and playing together as a unit. Colby Barlow opened the scoring, and the boys did not look back. With solid goal tending and great team defence keeping YSE off the score board, resulting a well deserved 3-0 victory.
Sunday had the team travel to Peterborough looking for two in a row. Off to a quick 2 goal lead the team let off the gas pedal and let an opportunistic Petes' group edge the Preds' in a disappointing loss.
