A great start for the Minor Atoms.
The
Minor Atoms are off to a great start to the season.
A big thank you to all our sponsors for making this season possible for our young players. A big thanks to 2nd Century Source for Sports for making our team look so good. The team have settled in nicely to their first full month of AAA hockey.
The boys took part in their first team tournament in London, Ontario at the Drew Doughty Invitational. Going into the tournament the team had only played two games together. After four games the boys secured a tie and their first win as a team. Finishing middle of the pack the team worked hard over the weekend and after four games and some important hotel time, came together even stronger than when we went into the tournament.
The end of September ended with a close loss for the boys and tie along with some great defensive hockey. Thanks again to all the sponsors involved with our team. Please make sure to visit their websites for more information.
