The Kelsey's NCP Peewee team is on a roll.
A week ago the team took on the Petes and were successful in their efforts.
Peterborough is an improved team this year and the team knows they cannot take anyone lightly.
The boys started the scoring with Ty going top corner with a nice pass from Ryan Smith. 2nd goal was started from the point by Ian Lemieux where Noah Mountain jumped all over the rebound to put us up 2-0. The Petes answered back with one but Aiden Dooley got the team back up by 2 with a nice shot from the point.
The Petes never gave up always keeping it close but we were able to stay one step ahead.
Our 4th goal had Noah Quarrington intercepting a pass by the Petes that he took it to the net for a shot where Ryan was there to finish it off. Our final goal was a pass from Mountain out to Ethan Graham for a bardown beauty.

Last weekend the Preds stretched their unbeaten streak to 9 games in a row.
Saturday was a win against Oshawa (5-3) with goals from Jayden Steele, Ethan Graham (2), Ty Collins and Max Davis. The guys started out strong with a 3-1 lead after 2 but had a bit of a Halloween hangover in the 3rd letting the Generals tie it up. But the guys composed themselves and fought back to get the 2 points.
Sunday the team was up against the west division leaders, the Kingston Frontenacs.
Kingston took the early lead but the Preds fought back with 2 in the 2nd period, the first was tipped by Mountain from Campbell's point shot and the 2nd Campbell got on his own.
Kingston got one more in the 3rd but the Preds got 2 of their own with a short hander by Collins, then Gabe Leis sneaking in form the point to bury the 2nd. Final score NCP 4, KJF 2.
Next stop for the team is the Shanahan tournament this coming weekend.
