Minor Midget, Midget, 2015-2016 (North Central Predators AAA)

On Sunday Nov 22nd the Kelsey's Orillia North Central Minor Midget AAA team travelled home from Kingston after suffering 2 losses on their eastern road trip.  The Predators season record at that time was 10 wins 7 losses and 1 tie. In  the 9 weeks since that weekend the North Central Predators finished up their ETA season play by playing their last 16 games with a record of 14 wins 1 loss and 1 tie.

On Monday January 18th The  Kelsey's Orillia North Central Predators travelled to Barrie to take on the Barrie Colts in the 2nd Annual Start Talking Cup game.   The Predators and Colts are close in the ETA west standings, adding to the intensity of the game.  The first period was fast paced with both teams not wanting to surrender the first goal.

On Wednesday Jan 6th The Kelsey's Orillia North Central Minor Midget Predators put their 10 game league play winning streak on the line when they travelled to Richmond Hill to face off against the Richmond Hill Coyotes.  The Coyotes were victorious in the last meeting between the 2 teams when they battled each other at the Marlies tournament with the Coyotes coming out on top.

On Saturday  Jan 2nd the Kelsey's Orillia North Central Minor Midget Predators travelled to Innisfil to take on their division rivals, the Barrie Colts.  The 2 teams have been close in the standings through the entire season and both teams wanted the win to improve their records.

Boxing Day is the start of the annual Toronto Marlies Holiday Classic Tournament and an opportunity for 50 Minor Midget teams to showcase their talents in front of a large number of OHL scouts.  For The Kelseys Orillia North Central Minor Midget it was a chance to extend their 9 game winning streak.
