The boys had an ok game but it showed us that we still need to work on consistency and team play. We had some good moments that helped us take a 3-1 lead. We struggled a bit and let up enough to let Barrie think they could make a come back. Barrie scored 2 goals quickly and this gave them confidence to think they could beat us.
The game ended in a "tough to take" 3-3 tie. Lessons from this game included playing better as a team, moving our feet and keeping our heads up in order to achieve our OMHA goals. Let's go Preds!
The team responded with a solid team effort on Sunday, moving the puck well and maintaining momentum for a convincing victory over the Colts.
