Mind to Muscle Fitness Testing
The Elmvale Home Building Centre Major Atom AAA Predators completed their fitness testing earlier this week and the players pushed themselves to the limits. The players had a great time testing their strength, speed, agility and endurance. We could all sense the drive in each of the players to want to be the best and the competition was fierce.
Even though everyone was pushing themselves to be the best and outperform the next, we could also see that everyone was very supportive and cheering on their teammates. We have a great group of players that have come together really well and we are anxious for the season to get underway.
I hope everyone enjoys the last long weekend of the summer, stay safe and see you all at the rink next week.
